We have just had our kitchen transformed by Kevin and his team and all I can say is it is truly amazing!! After feeling uninspired by other companies we got in touch with Kevin and we are so pleased that we did! From the initial phone call right through to the end of the project Kevin was fabulous. When he first came to the house he listened carefully to what we were hoping for and was never pushy. When we received the initial designs we were blown away with them and it was exactly what we had dreamt of! We went to Kevin and Julie’s house to look at samples and they were both so friendly and professional, it really is a family company. When the team started on the project everything was fabulous. We needed some building work which was done in such a quick and professional way. Every person involved in the project were brilliant and so tidy!! A special mention has to go to Mark, Michael and Dan who worked so hard on fitting the new kitchen and made the whole experience a really enjoyable one. They are an absolute credit to the team and nothing was too much for them!! When the kitchen was finished we were just blown away by it! Kevin has managed to completely transform our dated kitchen into a modern space that we can enjoy family life in. It really has transformed our family life. Kevin and the team are fantastic and we would highly recommend to anyone. We will definitely be using Kevin for any future projects in the house!! Thankyou so much!

We recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Kevin Richardson Bespoke to transform our outdated bathroom into a stunning, modern family space, and we could not be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire project was managed seamlessly by the KR team, who took care of every detail with professionalism, expertise, and an incredible level of care. The process began with a fantastic design phase where we were guided through all the options available to us. Kevin helped us select the perfect units, tiles, and fixtures to create a space that was not only functional for our busy family but also visually stunning. They took the time to understand our needs and lifestyle, ensuring every element of the design was both practical and stylish. What made this project particularly complex was the decision to extend the bathroom by incorporating a cupboard space from a bedroom to create a spacious walk-in shower area. This was no small task, but the KR team handled every aspect with meticulous attention to detail. Each stage was expertly managed, and we always felt reassured that we were in the best hands. A huge shoutout to the incredible tradespeople who made this transformation possible! Sonny, the plasterer, did a phenomenal job in creating the perfect finish for the walls and ceilings. Brent, the tiler, is second to none – his work is flawless, and the attention to detail in the tiling has made a massive difference in the overall look and feel of the bathroom. Graeme, the electrician, provided expert electrical work, ensuring that every light, switch, and fitting was installed to the highest standard. John, the plumber, was fantastic—he came straight back without hesitation when a small valve issue needed fixing and had it sorted in 15 minutes flat. We also had plenty of help from Michael, whose dedication and hard work made such a difference in keeping everything running smoothly. But the real star of the show was Mark, the project lead. Not only did he oversee every step of the process with precision and expertise, but he also went above and beyond in ways we never expected. Early on in the project, we were away for a few days, and when we returned, we found a thoughtful note from Mark letting us know exactly where things stood. To our amazement, he had even made sure there was milk and butter in the fridge and bread in the bread bin – such a small gesture, but it spoke volumes about the care and attention the KR team puts into their work. The end result is nothing short of breathtaking. Our new bathroom is absolutely stunning, and we can’t stop inviting friends and neighbours over to have a look! It has completely transformed our home, and our three lads are absolutely loving the new space. It’s stylish, practical, and so well put together that we still find ourselves admiring it every time we walk in. Finally, a massive thank you to Kevin himself – the ‘gaffer’ who made this all happen. He has built a team of true professionals who take immense pride in what they do. More than that, he has created an experience that was not just stress-free but genuinely enjoyable. We felt involved, valued, and reassured every step of the way. If we could give six stars, we would! But since five is the maximum, consider this a 5-star+ review. We recently hired Kevin Richardson Bespoke for a full renovation of our newly purchased bungalow, and the result is nothing short of incredible. This project was a complete overhaul—essentially a rebuild—including central heating installation, a new kitchen, bathrooms, electrics, plastering, and extensive building work. They also removed old wardrobes, the kitchen, bathrooms, and even the wooden flooring in the living room. The transformation has made the bungalow feel like a brand-new build. Kevin’s team, led by Mark and supported by Dan, with Michael and Byron assisting, was a pleasure to work with. They were always on time, courteous, and respectful of our space, making sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. They communicated clearly and kept us updated throughout the project. Any issues that came up were handled with great professionalism, always explaining the options and the impact of potential changes. For example, when we decided to lower the kitchen units after they had already been installed, they handled it seamlessly. What stood out to us the most was how they went above and beyond what was originally agreed upon. Small but meaningful touches, like mounting our TVs on the wall, were done without any fuss, even though it wasn’t part of the original plan. At the end of the project, there were a few minor snagging items, but these were quickly addressed. We’re confident that if anything else arises, Kevin and his team will be back to take care of it. Overall, we are extremely impressed with Kevin Richardson Bespoke. If you are considering any work on your property, we highly recommend Kevin and his team. You can trust them to deliver excellent results with a level of service that will leave you worry-free, just as Kevin promised from the start.

We had a spare bedroom in a four bedroomed house which we decided to have converted into a bathroom. Kevin took all the measurements and designed a bathroom that was exactly what we wanted. Julie then fully explained the procedure that would take place regarding payment etc,etc. we decided to proceed and the finished article was superb ! Kevin and Julie’s guys came in and worked none stop for ten days. Considering that there was no water or drainage to that room they worked miracles ! They tidied up after each day and nothing was too much trouble for them. We would not recommend that you should look elsewhere if you are choosing a company to fit your bathroom/bedroom/kitchen. Kevin and Team did a great job on our bathroom refurb. From first contact Kevin was responsive and prompt in all his communications. He gave several design options and helped us through the various choices of layout, tiles and kit with an expert eye. We highly recommend KRI Installations Ltd. We had our kitchen and bathroom replaced by Kevin and his team. And by replaced, we mean walls knocked down, plastering, electrics and plumbing moved - both spaces were fully designed and refitted. Just had an amazing Kitchen fitted by Kevin Richardson and his team. I am so pleased with the quality of work, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Kevin was there from start to finish, giving me great advice and options to help me to bring a dream kitchen to life, for a very reasonable price. I have the most awkward spaces and different ceiling heights and he was able to design a kitchen to fit the space, utilising all the space to make not only a beautiful kitchen but practical too. The attention to detail is first rate, nothing is a half measure and everything was completed to an extremely high standard. We had a few challenges along the way, with rotting floor joists, but nothing was any problem the team just got on and sorted it out. Kevin keeps you up to date throughout and is on the end of the phone to answer any questions . If you want a great kitchen at a reasonable price with people you can trust to hand over your key and leave them to work their magic this is definitely the company to choose. This is now the second project I have had Kevin and his team complete for me. Following my beautiful kitchen in 2019, I didn’t hesitate to contact Kevin again when I wanted a fitted bedroom for my son. Kevin spent time with me finding out exactly what was required and worked with me on a few design options, until I was happy with the result. Completely bespoke from the outset and I have to say I am 100% happy with the result it is superb and completely meets my families needs. The workmanship is top notch the product is quality, you definitely feel you get what you pay for. Next on the list is my bathroom and I don’t need to shop around I am going with the company I trust Kevin Richardson Installations.

This review is long overdue. We used Kevin and the team to transform our bathroom, and what a job they did. I came across Kevin on Instagram and watched his updates and liked what I saw. From reaching out to them to the final result I’m so glad we chose them to work with us. I gave Kevin an idea of what I wanted and he come back with suggested improvements. Covid delayed the project start, but it was well worth the wait. Our bathroom looks like a boutique hotel. Kevin was recommended to me around a year ago by a close friend, I saw the work he had done on their kitchen and was instantly impressed by the attention to detail. I contacted Kevin to discuss the ideas I had for my new house and I instantly recognised that Kevin isn’t your average tradesman. He was open and candid about what would and wouldn’t work, and what was and wasn’t possible. I can honestly say that despite my high expectations, given the recommendation, Kevin and his team exceeded those expectations and delivered a completed project that I really don’t believe could have been improved upon with any budget. Not only was it great value for money, he stuck to the dates committed and completed the project a week ahead of schedule. Any issues were dealt with hastily, changes were discussed and agreed upon and Kevin gave me regular updates on progress. What you get is a bespoke service, great value for money, and an outcome that you will be proud to show your friends and family. Every tradesman I have had in after KRI has commented on how good of a job they have done and how precise the finish is. I really can’t speak highly enough of Kevin and his team.

They always cleaned up at the end of every day and did everything they could to help, even when if wasn’t necessarily part of the description. Having a kitchen done is a major disruption to the house, but I’m aware that I was so lucky to have the workers I did as I think they made it as painless as possible and I now have a fabulous kitchen which is of such a high standard.

I would highly recommend Kevin and his team. He was very professional and has the highest standards. His lads all work well together and gave us a kitchen beyond our belief. The workmanship was to a very very high standard and if anyone is thinking of getting a new kitchen give him a ring you will not be disappointed.
