We are over the moon with our new kitchen, utility room and downstairs toilet. Kevin was a pleasure to work with and guided us in a very non-pushy way to reach the design we were happy with. All of the team who worked on our kitchen were incredibly polite, respectful and tidy, including the subcontractors. Special mention to Dan and Byron, who did the majority of the work, and Mark who quickly came to solve any issues. The whole process felt very smooth and efficient. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kevin and his team, or to use them for another project.

We had a spare bedroom in a four bedroomed house which we decided to have converted into a bathroom. Kevin took all the measurements and designed a bathroom that was exactly what we wanted. Julie then fully explained the procedure that would take place regarding payment etc,etc. we decided to proceed and the finished article was superb ! Kevin and Julie’s guys came in and worked none stop for ten days. Considering that there was no water or drainage to that room they worked miracles ! They tidied up after each day and nothing was too much trouble for them. We would not recommend that you should look elsewhere if you are choosing a company to fit your bathroom/bedroom/kitchen. Save yourselves a lot of trouble and choose the best from the start! Many thanks to Kevin, Julie, Mark,Byron, Dan, Michael, Perry and John and very best wishes for the future. Kevin and Team did a great job on our bathroom refurb. From first contact Kevin was responsive and prompt in all his communications. He gave several design options and helped us through the various choices of layout, tiles and kit with an expert eye. Mark and Byron were the main tradesmen on our job and they were cheerful, prompt and neat throughout the project. Their communication was also excellent. What lifts this company above their competition is the attention to detail. All workers have pride in the job and make sure that each component task is to the highest standard. We recommend the company without reservation.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team were polite and punctual, nothing was too much trouble. Kevin answered all of my questions and there were quite a few regarding the design and functionality of the kitchen and dining area. We now have a fantastic space where family and friends can socialise in the new hub of our home. Would highly recommend.

You just need to look at our kitchen to see why we gave 5 stars - See Kevin's Facebook page for photos. (New Hartley). From contacting Kevin through to the aftercare, Kevin and his team have been brilliant. Great ideas such as swopping the kitchen around so we could get an extractor installed and attention to little details which really finish the kitchen off.

From the first phone call and home visit I knew Kevin was the right person to undertake the work at my home, he fully understood exactly what I wanted and this showed in the amazing designs. But the proof was in the work undertaken, the actual work completed completely transformed my home, the quality and attention to detail for my en-suite and main bathroom were remarkable, hard to believe the change, can’t recommend Kevin and his brilliant team highly enough, can’t wait for Kevin to start on my kitchen.

Kevin Richardson Installations have recently carried out some work for me, designing and creating a downstairs toilet area in my house. I couldn't be happier with their work or praise them highly enough - an amazing team who achieved exactly what I wanted for a fair and reasonable price. Kevin's team were completely professional in all areas from initial design to final completion of the project with excellent workmanship and communication throughout. All work was completed to a high standard, and nothing was too much trouble. They proved themselves to be completely reliable, hardworking, punctual, polite, friendly and trustworthy. It was obvious from the outset that they were dedicated and care enormously about their work (even clearing up perfectly at the end of each day!). If you want a new kitchen or bathroom, this is the company to contact first; you won't regret it! If I ever needed further work in the future, I now would not even consider going anywhere else.
